Over all not a bad program, has some good features. This version (1.1) lacks backup and resotre features, Im told future versions will have it. Also could use more fields if you want to track blood work as well as chorlestoral levels. No warning on deleting a name in profile managament. If you click on the minus sign, its gone without warning

Its perfect for recording medical info for all the family. After 2 moves I finally feel like all our medical information is on one place Very easy to use. You can also export info on a text file that you can send to the doctor.

Really useful app!

A great way to keep organized of you / your family medical info. Needs tab for Doctor information Medications section needs more subsections like Dr. who prescirbed, what pharmacy is this account with, date first prescribed. Overall its a good ap but it could be better.

nice basic program but needs a tab for doctor information (including addresses), also needs more subsections for medication as well as a section to record family history.

This is a great application for multiple pet monitoring as in, keeping track of vaccinations, Vet visits, problems, etc. Very intuitive, but not quick to enter data. The problems I found so far is, when you close the window using the red button, the window will not reopen without re-starting the application. Found bug in print fields when exporting info. They do not coincide with the information fields, as in blood type field prints insurance info. Come on people, check your code.

For the price, this app should do so much more, for instance. There is no where to enter physician information. It does not allow you to sync with your ipad, if you choose to buy an additional app for the ipad.

Program does not work. Locks up ,the only part that worked was medication part. could not get any other part of program to work. I would rate a 1 out of 10

Although I had initial problems, the system is now working beautifully. After about my third try, APPLE did an automatic update, and the system no longer freezes. I learned to save my input as txt, and learned to save as back-up. I have tested and retested it; and find that it re-populates everytime. I am using this program to keep family informed of situations. Thanks for the program! ****

The graphical interface is "amateurish". Empty fields contain the word "Untitled", which must be manually deleted or they appear in reports. Very poor report facility -- the application should allow exporting to a simple paper format for physicians that do not have an electronic medical record system.

Tried sending form my iPhone 4S to McBook, however, after three tries, still will not work.

I entered data for 2 people, everything seemed to work fine. Next day opened the program and found most of the data I entered had ran off to cyber space.

Wanted to use this app so we could sync it with our iphones and iPad because our current health record app does not do this, but much of the information is missing. We would like to keep a record of lab tests such as cholesterol (HDL LDL), TSH, PSA, glucose, etc. along with blood pressure for each visit so that we can compare them over time. The health record app we now use does all that but does not sync between all of our devices. Without these capabilities, it does not meet our purposes and would not recommend.

you are only able to input your medications, when I go input allergies, surgeries etc. the only field that shows up is the medication field. Want a refund.
